AITA organises many delegations each year, both to and from Australia. These delegations span cover areas such as business, trade, cultural exchange and education to name only a few. Our Business delegations are often headed by Federal MPs, and are able to introduce you to a wide range of contacts, in industry, education or government.

You can join one of our existing delegations, or you can have AITA design a itinerary for your group. To ensure that the costs are kept to a minimum, a minimum number of 10 participants are normally required, but we will be happy to assist you should your number be less than 10, and can often suggest other parties to participate in your tour.

Our Association has the experience and network of contact that allows AITA to organise a delegation for any Organisation. AITA is able to organise the complete package. We will provide as much or as little assistance as you wish. We have an international travel department that is trained to organise delegations of any number, and can assist you in getting the most cost effective results.

AITA understands that such visit need to balance the purpose of the tour with the delegates wish to see some of the country they are visiting. We are able to structure your tour so that you can visit some of the premier attractions without compromising the purpose of the tour.

Advantages of AITA Delegations

AITA has invested millions of dollars in establishing and maintaining our network in China.

To date, we have good working relationships with Provincial and Local Government Departments and Authorities. We have more than 100 cooperating agreements at many different levels in Provinces all over China.

We have more than 30 Staff in our Beijing office, along with a network of Sub Agents all over China. Our experience allows us to organise meetings, coordinate functions and receptions, promote the visit well in advance and ensure that delegations are given every opportunity to accomplish their goals and establish relationships with relevant VIPs and Officials in China.

Our association is also able to help organise Relationships between Chinese and Australian Cities and Regions. There are just as many rural areas of China as there are here and many similarities between the problems faced by both Countries and the Demands placed on Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing and Tourism.

We also provide Consultancy Services for Privately Organised Delegations or Business Groups wishing to travel to China.

Some of the services provided include:

  • Meetings with relevant Organisations and VIPs
  • Full Itinerary
  • Pre-departure information and support
  • Arrival & Orientation
  • Translators
  • Guides

    Our Travel Department can organise:

  • International air tickets
  • Domestic air tickets
  • Transport while in China
  • Accommodation and Meals
  • Entry to nominated tourist attractions
  • Travel Insurance
  • Visa Documents

    Delegation Leaders

A Federal MP will lead most of the AITA delegations to China.

AITA is well known and respected in China, however, experience has shown that the more prominent the delegation leader the more exposure the delegation will get with the Media.

In a situation where we take a delegation from a specific region with it's own agenda, the leader of the delegation would usually be a member of State Government or the Head of the most prominent Local Government Organisations.
